Replaced broken windshield. Technician stated wiper motors may be broken. Further inspection showed loose bolts on both motors. Technician tightened all bolts. Much appreciated. Efficient and professional.

The staff and technicians called days in advance to schedule time slots and also the day of with an anticipation arrival time. Upon arrival, the technician, Ryan, and another technician, conducted duties with professionalism. They were polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. Yes, I recommend this company.

Technician was very professional very friendly had everything prepared was fixed the window real fast and was done. Didn’t even probably take an hour. Excellent service.

I was scheduled for an Auto Glass Replacement on Friday 2/14/25. By 1pm on Friday I had not heard anything from anyone at Caliber to confirm the time of my appointment so I called them. They told me they would call the technician assigned to my appointment and I would be hearing from him shortly. By 4:30pm I still had not heard anything so I called back. I was told they were overbooked for the day so they would not be keeping my appointment. So they reschedule me to be the first appointment on the following Monday, which was nice but now I had to get up early on my day off to meet the technician to work on my work. Monday rolls around and the technician shows up right on time, I hand him the keys to my car and he tells me it should take about 20 minutes to replace both my front windows. I watched from my window as he struggled to reinstall my door panels after he had placed the new window glass. I watched as white clips fell from my door panel to the ground and the technician hadn’t noticed. About 45 minutes after I handed over my keys the technician calls me to let me know he was finished. I went outside to collect my keys and test my windows. The glass itself in is great conditio
